SHIPPING & EXCHANGES
Customer name/email and shipping address MUST match. Any customers ordering that do not follow this criteria will be refunded.
Turn around time (the time it takes to make and ship out your jewelry) varies from 3-5 days depending on volume of orders. Orders within the US are shipped priority mail (2-3 days) via USPS. International orders are shipped priority mail (10-12 days) via USPS. Express Mail (5-7 days) via USPS is available for $20USD more, which can be added to shopping cart by clicking the item "Express Mail". The only way to track an international package is through the Express Mail option. The Priority Mail option only provides customs information that updates when your package has gone through customs in your country, as well as when it's been delivered
Overnight shipping is available within the US, however please email firstname.lastname@example.org for production time. Shipping with FedEx or UPS is available per email request.
SHIPPING BY MAIL IS THE ONLY FORM OF DELIVERY
International orders maybe subject to duties and taxes within your country. These are separate fees and charges we are not responsible for.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. Lace by Tanaya cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If you refuse a shipment from Lace by Tanaya, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lace by Tanaya. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Lace by Tanaya. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
There are NO RETURNS as everything is made by the order, unless specified otherwise. If there is an issue with size, please email email@example.com with subject "SIZING | Order #" and we can arrange an exchange for your correct size. Defective Lace must be sent back within 10 days of purchase for store credit or replacement only. Damaged Lace can be sent back to be repaired at no cost, please mail back to:
